1.4 Refund:

Upon receiving the returned item and inspecting its condition, we will process the refund within 5 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method.

2. Exchanges:

Exchanges are allowed for items that are defective or damaged upon receipt. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact our customer service team within 24 hours from the time of delivery.
